What is Outsourcing?

OUTSOURCING
By definition, Outsourcing is a process where company hires a third party to perform certain task. The task usually outsourced could also be done by in-house employees but in some cases there are financial advantages that comes with this process. Some of the companies outsource their customer care, technical support, clerical, email, data and payroll services. This services are handled by different companies that specialize in each services, and are often geographically dispersed.
REASONS TO OUTSOURCE 
There are many reasons why companies outsource various jobs, but the most common and obvious advantage seems to be the fact that it helps them save money. By outsourcing services, companies are able to operate their businesses for considerably less money, as they don't have to provide benefits to their employees and have lesser overhead expenses to think about. Depending on location, it may also be more affordable to outsource companies that are located in a different country.
